A route wide and firm enough for a truck and trailer, without low branches, tight gates or soft lawn that could rut.
Dedicated household outlets near the trailer, or a generator we can supply. Larger units draw more power for climate control.
A standard garden hose connection is ideal. If none is available, many units run from onboard tanks or delivered water.
